AZ Detailing – Service Policies

1. Service Standards and Responsibilities

1.1 Quality of Service

AZ Detailing is committed to providing professional car detailing services using safe techniques, professional equipment, and appropriate products for each vehicle.

1.2 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If the customer is not satisfied with the result of the service, they must inform the technician immediately after the service is completed and before the technician leaves the location.

1.3 Issue Resolution

AZ Detailing will review the concern and attempt to correct any missed areas or issues on site.

1.4 Refund Eligibility

If the concern cannot be reasonably resolved and the service was not delivered as agreed, the customer may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Once the technician has left the location and the vehicle has been driven or exposed to external conditions, AZ Detailing cannot guarantee the original result of the service.




2. Pricing Policy

2.1 Vehicle Size and Condition

Service prices are based on the size, type, and condition of the vehicle.

2.2 Condition Adjustments

If the vehicle is significantly dirtier than expected (including excessive sand, mud, stains, or pet hair), additional time and products may be required.

2.3 Price Adjustment

In such cases, the final price may be adjusted. The customer will always be informed before any additional work is carried out.




3. Payment Policy

Payment is required upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Vehicles with excessive dirt, stains, sand, mud, or pet hair may require additional time and labour.

9. Liability Policy

9.1 Existing Vehicle Damage

AZ Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, paint chips, worn interior materials, or previously repaired surfaces.

9.2 Fragile Components

Older or previously damaged components may be fragile and could fail during normal cleaning processes.

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the service begins.

The durability of these products depends on several factors including:
